Over the past several years, GBA has worked closely with clients to develop planning and design solutions for many diverse types of projects including traditional neighborhoods, cluster residential, open space communities, golf course communities, mixed-use, and retail/commercial development. We are excited about the potential for New Urban development in the Midwest.

We understand the practical realities of making projects like this successful and look at different development types to evaluate them for costs of construction, yield, and premiums. If required, projects may incorporate some of the principles of New Urbanism while remaining somewhat conventional in design.

We also realize that New Urbanism must meet the needs of today's consumer. New houses must provide modern living spaces and amenities. Stores and businesses must have adequate parking and modern floor plans.
