This information provides the basis for developing project plans, beginning first with preliminary concept studies which explore innovative alternatives and ideas. Upon client approval of the conceptual plan, detailed site plans are developed which locate buildings, parking, landscaping, and other site elements in an attractive and functional arrangement.
