The hottest trend sweeping through the country is mixed-use developments. Higher gasoline prices have made travel for routine activities more expensive, so a preference for greater accessibility to the things that we need and want has become very important. This convenience is in the form of inclusive communities where residents can work, shop, dine and live. Our newest mixed-use project is Lenexa City Center which is currently under construction. At Lenexa City Center, GBA is providing:

• Architectural and structural design for the seven-story mixed-use condominium/retail/parking structure
• Architectural and structural design for the six-story retail/parking structure
